NRMS7 - CopyCalling all middle school science classrooms!

Ocean 180 is looking for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes to be judges for the 2015 Video Challenge.

Teachers from all types of schools (public, private, homeschool, etc) are eligible to register their classes to participate. Classrooms must be primarily 6th, 7th, or 8th grade students.

Individual teachers may register up to eight (8) classrooms. Each registered classroom will be able to vote for up to three (3) videos from the list of finalists. Voting packets containing ballots and instructions for accessing the videos will be distributed to registered classrooms on January 2, 2015. 

Participating classes will be eligible to join a post-competition Student-Scientist Summit with the winning scientists in Spring 2016.

During the 2014 Ocean 180 Video Challenge, 30,975 students participated as judges in 48 US states, Washington, D.C., US Virgin Islands, and 13 countries.
